Returns
What products can be returned?
We do not accept returns. Each edition is reviewed before shipping to assure quality.
What products can be exchanged?
Orders placed from Mexico City (CDMX) can exchange products for a different size within 15 days of purchase. Our local shipping service will pickup the current product and deliver the new one. The product must be handed with the original labels and the certificate.

What is the exchange process?
Please send an email to hello@z-unordinary.com with your order number, edition number, date of purchase and size to be exchanged for to review availability. Once reviewed, our shipping service will pickup the product and deliver the new one.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via Fedex. The shipping price is calculated at checkout. Delivery in Mexico City (CDMX) is free on all orders.
Are taxes and duties paid on international shipping?
Our prices include tax and duties.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery is between 3-5 business days.
